You can be a Life Saver for the important events in your life - that down payment for your first home, braces for your child, college education for your children or retirement.  Simply open a Life Saver CD and deposit what you desire each week and have the advantage of the rate that is in effect at the time of deposit.  We have made it even easier for you to save by offering to make your deposits for you with an automatic transfer from your checking or savings account.

Interest rates and annual percentage rates are available upon request.  The interest rate for the Life Saver CD is the 90-day Treasury Bill rate as disclosed in Monday's Wall Street Journal.  The interest rate and annual percentage yield on the initial deposit will not change for the term of the account and each deposit will have the interest rate and annual percentage yield in effect on the date of that deposit.  The interest will be compounded daily and credited back into the certificate semi-annually.  Interest begins to accrue on the business day of the deposit.
