Construction Loans:  These are available for new construction or major improvements for your home residence.  At the end of the construction period, your loan automatically converts to permanent financing, so just one loan closing is needed.

Home Equity Loans:  We offer several different types structured to your specific needs.

We also finance vacant land, investment and rental properties (1-4 family), and mobile homes with real estate.
