Paul Reed, President and CEO, presented a dairy heifer to Laura Pullins during the banks annual dairy heifer giveaway held at the Meigs County Junior Fair Livestock Sale.  Each year, the bank sponsors this for a new 4-H member.  Dairy Princess Kiana Osborne is also pictured.
