CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION THAT WE MAY COLLECT

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

§ Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as:  your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage.
§ Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as:  your credit worthiness and credit history.

WITH THE CATEGORIES OF NONPUBLIC INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law.  For example, we may disclose all of the information we collect about you to third parties, such as financial service providers, to assist us in servicing your loan(s) or accounts(s) with us (for example, insurance companies and check printing companies), to government entities in response to subpoenas, and to credit bureaus. 
In addition, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf with whom we have joint marketing agreements (for example, investment companies, finance companies).  These companies are contractually required to adhere to our strict standards of information security and confidentiality.  They are not allowed to use our customer information for any purpose other than the intended purpose.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
